1. General
Piece of Work is an online platform for showcasing original art and making it accessible to purchase works from artists. The platform is currently operated by Ratem Dar as an independent operator.
2. Our services
The user undertakes not to infringe copyrights or use the site for illegal purposes.
The content of the site may not be used without express permission from the operator or the artists.
The user agrees not to transfer personal information of third parties without their permission, in accordance with the Privacy Protection Law.

Supply and delivery
The purchase is made through the website by selecting a work, adding it to the cart and making a payment.
The order confirmation is sent to the customer after payment is completed.
The operator may refuse orders at its discretion.
Cancellations and refunds
Every sale is final, except in exceptional cases indicated on the site.
Returns will only be accepted in the event of a significant defect in the work, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law in Israel.
Notwithstanding the above, the platform offers a refund policy, according to which the purchaser may cancel the transaction within 14 days of receiving the work, provided that it is complete, in good condition and without any defects, as it was when it was received, at a cost of 200 NIS for a work that did not require framing, and 400 NIS if framing was ordered at an additional cost at the time of purchase (hereinafter: " Refund ").
The purchaser must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product in any case of a claim.
4. Purchase conditions
All content on the site, including design, text, images, and the Piece of Work brand, are protected by copyright and belong to the operator or to the person who granted him a license to use it.
Do not reproduce, distribute or make commercial use of any content without express permission from the operator.
The artists retain their copyrights to the works, but grant the operator a license to use them for the purpose of displaying and selling them through the platform.
6. Intellectual Property and Copyright
The platform reserves the right to change its legal status and form of incorporation, including company registration, without the need for further update. In the event of such change, the Terms of Use will be updated accordingly. We may update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the site constitutes consent to the changes.
In the event of a change in the legal status of Piece of Work, the Terms of Use and Policies will be updated accordingly, and customers will be notified as necessary. We may update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the changes.
7. Changes to the Terms
These Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising out of them shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any claim or legal proceeding in connection with these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts in the Tel Aviv District, Israel.
