In this series of drawings, as in much of his work, Eshchar Hanoch Klingbiel explores the relationship between the human and the vast void of space — the last romantic frontier of an endless, undeciphered, and unconquered landscape. Klingbiel draws a parallel between the journey to discover distant universes and the artistic process, which is itself a voyage of exploration and inquiry.
The boundless terrains of far-off planets — mountains, ridges, and radiant fields — unfold before the viewer in a dazzling, multilayered visual illusion, inviting a personal journey of observation and reflection.
