Asaf Einy's practice is characterized by his focus on male models from marginalized social and political backgrounds. His art navigates the boundary between documentary, staged, and commercial photography, probing the ways in which bodies interact with and are shaped by their social and political environments. His work often reveals the tension between intimacy and its potential, highlighting the complex dynamics between photographer and subject.

Einy graduated his BFA from the Fine Arts Program at Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design.
